Summary: Perfect & always timely service (great personell who does make the difference - thanks for having us!), friendly service, totally relaxed atmosphere, quiet place to chill with a great spa and with a really nice & quite fancy restaurant (Leonard's). Great food but not cheap. Walking distance (3-4' or so) to the heart of Gstaad and to the train station. Not much more you can ask for ;-)
